Karen Santora

Karen Santora is an accomplished Ecommerce Site Merchandiser and Artist Coordinator at BIC since July 2025, continuing work from Inkbox under the BIC Skin Creative umbrella to enhance the Artist Marketplace and manage website merchandising strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Artist Marketplace Manager at Inkbox from March 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities involved connecting with artists, curating designs for the Shopify Marketplace, and overseeing artist communications. Karen also has a solid background in operations management from Savers as a Fulfillment Coordinator and Front End Supervisor, as well as experience as an intern at RAID Studio. Early career highlights include being a Lead Face Painter at Canada's Wonderland for four summers. Educationally, Karen holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Interpretive Illustration from Sheridan College, along with certificates in Media Fundamentals and Art Fundamentals.
