Kate Bauer Pacelli

Kate Bauer Pacelli has extensive experience in talent development and operations management, currently serving as Global Learning Program Manager at BIC since June 2021, following roles as Program & Operations Manager and Commercial Administration Manager in North America. Prior to BIC, Kate held the position of Director of Growth Operations at WINFertility and various positions at Bloomberg LP from March 2014 to March 2019, including Project Manager to Regional Head of America Sales. Earlier experience includes Event Manager for the NYC Office of the Mayor and a role within Bloomberg Philanthropies. Kate holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, both from Quinnipiac University.
