Olivia Dagorn

Olivia Dagorn is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global Senior HR Director for BIC, overseeing HR strategy across Manufacturing and Supply Chain entities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including nine factories and various global corporate functions. With extensive international experience, previous roles include International Human Resources Director at BIC Group Insight and Innovation, Head of HR for Northern Europe, and Europe Senior HR Coordinator at LVMH Sephora. At LVMH, Olivia managed HR operations for over 4,000 employees while contributing to strategic HR initiatives and complex employee relations. Prior experience includes leadership positions at ADEO Leroy Merlin, ESSEC Business School as a lecturer, and consulting roles at Lee Hecht Harrison-Altedia. Olivia holds a Master's degree from ESSEC Business School and is CIPD qualified.
