Paloma Lengema possesses extensive experience in marketing, particularly within the BIC organization, where responsibilities have included roles such as Senior Marketing Manager for West and Central Africa and various managerial positions across different regions. Prior to BIC, Paloma held positions at BIC Graphic USA, BIC Nordic, L'Oréal, and Fromageries Bel, contributing to brand management and marketing development. Early career experiences include marketing internships at Heineken International and roles in sales and tutoring. Paloma Lengema is academically equipped with a Master’s in Marketing & Communication from ESCP Business School and several degrees in Business Administration and Management from Université Paris Dauphine.
