Stephen Weaver is an experienced supply chain and logistics professional with a strong background in planning and replenishment management. Currently serving as a Planning & Replenishment Manager at BIC since June 2023, Stephen previously held the position of Supply Chain Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where significant achievements included directing a $140M supply chain, managing promotions and seasonal builds, and generating an incremental $26M in revenue through strategic inventory management. Stephen’s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Hub Group, JB Hunt Transport Services, Ecolab, and Dairy Queen, where expertise in account management, operational efficiency, and financial forecasting has consistently driven business growth.
