Thibaut la Roche

Thibaut La Roche is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global procurement and category management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Global Procurement at BIC since August 2019, Thibaut oversees significant spend categories, including CAPEX and industrial tools, and has a proven track record in team management and change management with a focus on results. Prior to this role, Thibaut was Category Purchasing Manager for Western Europe at Nexans, managing a €16M spend and leading a successful team to achieve notable P&L savings. Thibaut’s earlier experience includes roles at Saint-Gobain, where achievements included substantial cost avoidance savings in raw material and CAPEX purchases, as well as innovative procurement solutions at COLAS. Thibaut holds an engineer's degree from Icam and a master's degree in Strategic Purchasing Management from Grenoble IAE.
