Jennifer Sgroe

Jennifer Sgroe has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently working as a Senior Manager in the Legal and Corporate Affairs department at Bicara Therapeutics, where they are responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts and corporate affairs for a clinical stage biotech company. Prior to this, they worked at Rheos Medicines as a Manager of Contracts and Corporate Communications, where they managed all aspects of legal and corporate communications for a growing biotech company. Jennifer also worked as a Contracts Administrator at Rheos Medicines, where they were responsible for drafting, reviewing, processing, negotiating, and managing contractual agreements across the organization. Jennifer has also worked in administrative roles at Cove Hill Partners and Gritstone bio, providing support to executives and managing general administrative tasks. Additionally, they have taught courses in music analysis and vocal studies at Emerson College, Dean College, and New England Conservatory of Music. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as an Assistant to the President and Operations Coordinator at Olie biologique and as an Operations and Administrative Coordinator at TuneSat, LLC. Jennifer also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at New York University, teaching studio voice to classical and musical theater voice performance majors.

Jennifer Sgroe has a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance from the University of Kentucky. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Music in Opera from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Kentucky.
