Tomas Abett is an experienced professional in product management and agile methodologies, currently serving as the Agile Tribe Lead for Digital Channels at BICE VIDA since November 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing customer interaction with digital platforms. With a background in leading teams and strategic product direction, Tomas has previously held significant roles such as Head of Products at BICE VIDA, overseeing teams for the Virtual Branch's continuous improvement, and Senior Product Manager at Shopee, guiding the Seller & Business Development product team. Prior experience includes the Agile Product Owner and Project Manager positions at Ripley, along with roles in financial analysis and teaching assistance, highlighting a well-rounded expertise in both technical and business aspects. Tomas holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a major in Electrical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
