Herbert Bickley

Herbert Bickley, P.E. is a seasoned professional in the engineering and consulting fields with extensive experience in business development, project management, and transportation operations. Currently serving as the Owner of Bickley Consulting Services, LLC since March 2025, Herbert specializes in building strategic relationships, product development, market expansion, and innovation strategies. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Stripe-A-Zone, where responsibilities focused on advancing the pavement marking industry, and Regional Manager at RPS Klotz Associates, managing operations and client relations in East Texas. Herbert's earlier career at the Texas Department of Transportation spanned over two decades, culminating in positions such as District Engineer and Director of Transportation Operations, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and enhancing transportation safety and efficiency. Herbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Computer Science from Texas A&M University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Angelina College.
