Duane Shroyer

Duane Shroyer has a strong background in manufacturing and management. Duane began their career at Akromold Inc. in 1983 as an Apprentice Moldmaker/Machinist and worked their way up to become a Journeyman CNC Machinist and Moldmaker. Duane then joined Prospect Mold Inc. in 1997 and held various roles including Large Machine Supervisor, CAD/CAM and Shop Floor Programming Supervisor, and Plant 1 Supervisor. From 2002 to 2012, Duane served as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Prospect Mold Inc. In 2012, they joined BICO Steel, where they held positions such as Corporate Manufacturing Manager, Vice President of Manufacturing, and Vice President and General Manager.

Duane Shroyer attended the National Tooling and Machining Association from 1983 to 1987, where they completed a Trade School Apprenticeship and obtained a degree as a Journeyman Moldmaker. The program was accredited by the State of Ohio.
