Héctor Martínez is a Mexican-born engineer and deeptech entrepreneur, recognized as a pioneer in biotech and bioanalytics. They completed a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology and have held significant roles, including Chief Technology Officer at Cellink and Executive Vice President & CTO at BICO. Currently, Héctor co-founds and serves as CTO at Aventix, a startup focused on sensor-based analytical tools for laboratories. They are also a TEDx speaker and a recipient of the Pioneer of the Year Award from H.M. the King of Sweden.
