Justin Phillips possesses extensive experience in media, customer service, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Post Cruise Representative for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. since March 2018, Justin manages guest inquiries and supports the call center. As a KPNW News/Sports Reporter for Bicoastal Media LLC since April 2012, Justin has covered significant sporting events, including the Olympic Trials, and major University of Oregon sports. Justin also leads editorial efforts for AutzenZoo.com and has a background in audio production and voiceover work. Previous roles include Member Service Representative positions at both Pacific Headwear and Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as well as various broadcasting and insurance roles. Justin holds a BA in Telecommunications from Penn State University, completed in 1999.
