Andrey Borzov

Andrey Borzov has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and business analysis. Andrey has worked as an IT Business Analyst at BICS since February 2021, where they are currently involved in two projects related to Quality of Service and Capacity reporting, as well as Self-ordering API and Number Provisioning API improvement.

Prior to that, Andrey worked as an IT Business Analyst at Aegon from September 2020 to December 2020. In this role, they contributed to projects involving Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation and optimization of BI Pro license usage on the MS Azure platform.

From January 2020 to July 2020, Andrey served as an IT Business Analyst at Athlon International. During their time there, they played a crucial role in the migration to a new Credit and Risk Assessment Hub and was responsible for creating data models, identifying data sources, and designing data interfaces for the new solution.

Andrey's previous experience includes working at Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht NV, Tele2 Nederland, ABN AMRO, Innoveer Solutions, Credit Europe Bank N.V., Oracle, and IBS, where they held various roles as a business analyst, solution designer, product owner, and Siebel CRM consultant.

Throughout their career, Andrey has successfully completed multiple implementation projects and has gained extensive expertise in systems integration, data analysis, and process improvement.

Andrey Borzov earned a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) in 2001. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in July 2020, Einstein Analytics from Salesforce Analytics in December 2019, Salesforce Mobile App Customization from Salesforce in December 2019, Salesforce Platform Basics from Salesforce in December 2019, and Lean Technology Strategy: Running Agile at Scale from LinkedIn in October 2019.
