Oleksiy Pyrogov

Oleksiy Pyrogov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Oleksiy is currently working at BICS as a Key Account Manager in Mobile Data, a position they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Migronis as a Business & Product Development Manager from January 2022 to April 2022, where they focused on partnership development in the Citizenship by Investment sector in Turkey.

Before joining BICS, Oleksiy worked as a Consultant from September 2019 to January 2022, during which time they actively sought new opportunities. Oleksiy also held positions at Global Message Services as a Business/Technical Consultant from November 2020 to February 2021, and at Melita Ltd as an IoT Sales Manager from February 2020 to May 2020.

From December 2017 to October 2019, Oleksiy served as an A2P Business Development Manager at VEON. In this role, they led a project for Group SMS centralization, developed partnerships with OTT players and SMS solution providers, and contributed to commercial and technical improvements.

Prior to VEON, Oleksiy worked at Kyivstar JSC from February 2016 to November 2017. Oleksiy served as the Head of International Interconnect and Roaming, where they negotiated wholesale deals and collaborated with various departments to improve roaming services and generate additional revenue.

Oleksiy'searlier experiences include roles at Kyivstar as Head of Roaming/Roaming Manager, Roaming Services' Providers Manager, and Acting Head of International Carrier Relations/Account Manager. Oleksiy also worked at GMSU as an Operators/Carriers Business specialist and Leading Product Expert, and at CJSC "Ukrainian Mobile Communications" as an SS7&Roaming Planning Manager.

Oleksiy Pyrogov obtained a Master's Degree in Automatic Telecommunication from Telecommunication University, studying from 1990 to 1995.
