Talia Goldstein has extensive work experience in various management roles at BICS, a global connectivity solutions provider. Talia started their career at BICS in 2009 as an International Account Manager, where they managed major voice deals with international telecom providers and created cross-account opportunities to increase revenue.

From 2012 to 2018, Talia served as the Senior Business Manager Messaging, leading a team that provided messaging services to over 400 mobile operators. Talia increased product profitability by 25% and oversaw the launch of messaging platforms based on market analysis.

In 2018, Talia became the Head of Roaming Business at BICS, where they transformed and developed a new roaming business line targeting enterprise connectivity (IoT). This initiative resulted in addressing a new market that now accounts for 80% of BICS roaming sales. Talia streamlined the roadmap to comply with IoT market requirements and defined the strategy for sales to acquire key partnerships with mobile operators.

Currently, Talia holds the position of Head of Mobility Business at BICS, starting in November 2021. Talia is responsible for defining and implementing the business strategy for mobility products, ensuring BICS maintains and grows its leadership position in the connectivity ecosystem. Talia aims to make BICS a market leader in 5G rollout through proactive commercial initiatives with mobile operators.

Prior to their tenure at BICS, Talia gained experience as a Regional Manager at BICS, where they managed regional routing, processes, and pricing for America and Scandinavia regions from 2005 to 2009. Talia also worked as a Financial Agent at the European Commission from 2003 to 2005, and as Carriers Manager at Mobistar in 2002.

Talia's early career at Mobistar included roles as a Contract Coordinator from 2000 to 2001, monitoring the implementation of electrical settings in network antennas throughout Belgium, and as a Purchasing Assistant from 1999 to 2000, assisting in the negotiation and purchase of radio material for the Mobistar network.

Talia Goldstein began their education journey at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Sciences from 1994 to 1998. Later, they attended Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
