Elly Porter - Webb

Elly Porter-Webb currently serves as the Associate Director of Institutional Giving at the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, a role that involves storytelling, relationship building, and managing grant proposals to support bike education programs in Philadelphia. Previously, Elly held various positions including Deputy Director at the same organization, overseeing strategic planning and bicycle education programs. Other experience includes working as a Digital Skills and Bicycle Thrills Course Instructor for the City of Philadelphia, a Part-Time Academic Advisor and Adjunct English Instructor at Community College of Philadelphia, and a College Reading and Study Skills Instructor at West Chester University. Elly's earlier roles include serving as an Office Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania's Civic House and as an Education Director/Parent Organizer at ACTION United. Elly holds an M.S. Ed. in Reading/Writing/Literacy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Women's Studies and Spanish from Earlham College.
