Alexandra Kaupisch

Alexandra Kaupisch is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in stem cell biology and molecular research. Currently a Senior Scientist at Bicycle Therapeutics since July 2017, Alexandra has progressed through roles including Research Scientist and Research Associate. Prior to this, Alexandra served as Lab Manager at The University of Glasgow from November 2008 to June 2017, overseeing the cell culture facility and conducting projects focused on membrane trafficking and cardiomyocyte differentiation. Alexandra's academic background includes a PhD from Universitaet Kassel, where the research emphasized the characterization of the human protein kinase X. Additionally, Alexandra holds a Diplom in Human Biology from the same institution and an Abitur from Koenig-Heinrich Schule.
