Will Nesbit

Will Nesbit has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting in 2007 as a Research Chemist at Eli Lilly and Company. Will then joined the University of Southampton as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow before returning to Eli Lilly and Company as a Research Scientist. In 2014, they joined AMRI as a Team Leader and Senior Research Scientist. In 2017, they moved to ADC Therapeutics, where they held various roles including CMC Chemist, Senior Process Chemist, and Associate Director CMC - Process Chemistry. Currently, they are the Director - Process Chemistry, CMC at Bicycle Therapeutics, starting in 2022.

Will Nesbit earned a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Southampton between 2004 and 2008. Will then pursued further education and received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the same university between 2008 and 2012.
