Dyvonne Torres has extensive experience in operations and dispatch management, currently serving as Technical Operations Coordinator and previously as Dispatch Supervisor at Bicycle Transit Systems since July 2017. Prior experience includes a Warehouse Supervisor role at Dish Network from April 2008 to September 2016, where responsibilities included maintaining operational standards for two warehouses and achieving perfect audit scores. Dyvonne also worked at Dish Network as a Dispatch Supervisor from February 2003 to January 2008, overseeing installation schedules and managing dispatchers for satellite installation teams. The team is led by Alison Cohen, an entrepreneur who has been a pioneer of the bike share industry since 2008. She is joined by Chris Cassard, Brodie Hylton and Peter Hoban.
