Robert Fisher

Robert Fisher has a long and varied work experience. Robert began their career in 1996 as a Telecommunications Consultant/Account Manager for Pro Call Inc. In 2000, they moved to Consumer Energy Solutions, Inc. as an Energy Consultant/Account Manager, where they were a team leader in sales and marketing campaigns for the deregulated energy sector. In 2003, they became Manager of Operations for S.E.M.I. In 2005, they joined Trane as a Senior Engineering Laboratory Technologist, where they provided automated solutions for field-testing commercial HVAC systems. In 2011, they joined Intertek as a Project Engineer and Project Management, where they were responsible for technical support on psychometric testing chambers, calibration verification, field testing, and system integrations. In 2016, they joined Surna Inc. as Director of Technology and Research & Development Product Manager, where they provided technical direction to eliminate the underperforming product portfolio and designed and developed SentryIQ\u2122 proprietary controls platform for grow room climate control. In 2018, they founded Dev Pony Inc., where they built and managed full-stack development teams for mobile and web applications and provided consulting for software development and system architecture. Robert also co-founded Bid Blab Inc., where they worked on a one-of-a-kind promotional platform that connects businesses with engaged consumers. Finally, in 2021, they joined Ceres Greenhouse Solutions as an Engineering Leader.

Robert Fisher has a diverse educational background. Robert obtained a Bachelor's in Technology Management from St. Petersburg College in 2010, with a focus in Systems Engineering, Electrical, and Computer. Prior to that, they obtained a Computer Integrated Manufacturing degree from Gulf Coast State College in 2006, with a focus in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Robotics, and Automation. Robert also obtained a Computer Engineering degree from Gulf Coast State College in 2005, with a focus in Computer Software Engineering. In 1999, they obtained a Web Programming degree from Sessions College, with a focus in Computer Programming and Specific Applications. Robert also holds several certifications, including Advanced Scuba Diver, Advanced Scuba Rescue, EANx Diver, and Open Water Diver from NAUI Worldwide, obtained in 2009, 2009, 2008, and 2008 respectively.
