Craig Gilchrist has a background in IT telemarketing and account management, with experience at Business Intelligence Direct as an IT Telemarketing Executive. Prior to this, Craig worked at Xenex Technologies Ltd from August 2000 to August 2003 as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included network infrastructure, server and client PC builds, sales, support, installation, repairs, upgrades, and new business development.
