Salman Almutawa

Salman Almutawa is an experienced professional in operations management and strategy implementation, currently serving as the Head of Executive Office at Bidaya Finance since July 2023. Previously, Almutawa held the position of Operation Excellence Manager at SGS - Saudi Ground Services, where responsibilities included leading the development and deployment of strategic targets and overseeing daily operations at major airports. In roles at Al Rajhi Takaful as Strategic Portfolio Manager and Kafaa as Senior Manager, Almutawa focused on risk management, stakeholder coordination, and governance model implementation. Early career experiences include management positions at Kimberly-Clark and Schlumberger, as well as a research assistant role at Chemineer, Inc. Almutawa holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wyoming, complemented by an associate degree in Chemical Engineering Technology from Jubail Industrial College.
