Nina Le-Tse, MSBA, PHR, currently serves as Manager of Compensation & Data Analytics at Berkshire since July 2024, and has been with Biddle Consulting Group since October 2002, where roles include Manager of Compensation and Data Analytics, EEO/AA Practice Manager – Data and Analytics, and Consultant III. Nina's expertise includes reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of database files for clients, utilizing Excel, Access, and SPSS, while also recommending necessary revisions. Nina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the California State University of Sacramento.
