Carly Raspante is an experienced veterinary professional currently serving as an Emergency Veterinarian at Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services since February 2024 and as a Foster Parent at Bideawee since September 2021. Bideawee, which means "stay awhile" in Scottish, is one of the first no-kill organizations in the United States.
