Mauricio Diaz, P.Eng., is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Bidell Gas Compression since August 2021, Mauricio previously held the same title and Project Engineer role at the same company, where expertise in the engineering design and fabrication of gas compression packages was developed. Prior to this, experience included a role as Project Engineer at Spectrum Process Systems Inc., focusing on natural gas processing equipment design and fabrication, and significant contributions as a Process Engineer at Vista Projects and Exterran Water Solutions, with a focus on Produced Water Treatment. Mauricio's career also encompasses roles in engineering for oil and gas facilities at Energeticos S.A. and Bohorquez Ingenieria, as well as HSE management in chemical manufacturing. Academically, Mauricio holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, complemented by recent training in Software/Full Stack Development.
