Katherine Ruz

Katherine Ruz has extensive experience in sales and culinary roles within the food industry. Currently serving as an Ejecutiva de ventas at Bidfood Chile since August 2021, Katherine previously held the same position at Bidfood Chile from December 2016 to December 2020. Prior to this, Katherine worked as Chef Ejecutivo at Gelateria Bravissimo from October 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included creating new dishes and products, overseeing cost calculations, preparing technical fichas, and training kitchen staff while ensuring hygiene standards compliance with Chilean sanitary regulations. Katherine Ruz holds a degree in Administracion gastronomica internacional from INACAP, earned between 2009 and 2013.
