Samer Abou Daher

Samer Abou Daher has extensive experience in the foodservice industry, with a focus on sales and management roles. Samer is currently the Director of People & Culture at Bidfood Middle East. Prior to this, they worked at Arla Foods as the Head of Foodservice for the UAE, Oman, and Qatar, and previously as the Business Unit Manager. Samer also worked at Heinz Africa & Middle East as the Regional Food Service Manager for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. Before that, they served as the Regional Food Service Manager - Gulf at Fonterra. Samer began their career at Horeca Trade LLC as a Sales Manager.

Samer Abou Daher obtained an Executive Masters in Business (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hult International Business School from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lebanese American University between 1998 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Samer has also obtained several certifications, including training in employee experience, strategic human resources, negotiation skills, and organizational culture from various institutions, including LinkedIn, the Schranner Negotiation Institute, Informa, and ILM.
