Nini van Doorn

Nini van Doorn has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations, supply chain management, and planning. Nini is currently the Head of Operations & Supply/Demand Planning at Bidfood Nederland, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager Supply & Demand Planning at the same company from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2020, Nini held the position of International Head of Supply Chain and Procurement at Flowdrill, where they organized the supply chain and managed relationships with global suppliers and customers. Nini also has experience as the Manager Operations a.i. at Greetz from 2016 to 2018, overseeing the Operations Department and strategic planning. Nini's earlier roles include Quality Project Manager and Area Sales Manager at A.S. Watson Health & Beauty Benelux from 2014 to 2015, and District Sales Manager at Aldi Nederland from 2008 to 2013, where they had various responsibilities including P&L management, project coordination, and optimization of stock levels.

Nini van Doorn's education history begins with obtaining a Propedeuse degree in Dutch language and literature at Utrecht University from 2000 to 2001. Nini then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Groningen from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they completed a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management at Utrecht University from 2006 to 2007.

In 2016 to 2017, Nini van Doorn attended The Lean Six Sigma Company to earn a Black Belt certification. Additionally, they have obtained several other certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2017 from The Lean Six Sigma Company, Basic User Training from Slimstock in June 2021, Key User Training from Slimstock in September 2021, and IPMA-D certification from IPMA Certificering in February 2023.
