Erika L. has extensive work experience in the supply chain industry. Erika started their career at Nando's in 2010, where they served as an Assistant Supply Chain Manager until 2015. In 2015, they joined Bidfood UK as a National Supply Chain Manager and held this role until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Erika was promoted to Senior National Supply Chain Manager at Bidfood UK. Currently, they serve as the Head of Central Supply Chain at Bidfood UK.
Erika L. earned a Diploma in Procurement and Supply from CIPS in 2017-2019. Erika also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business from the University of London. Erika L. is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and Global Logistics from the University of London.
