Jonathan Wright is an accomplished food technologist with extensive experience in managing product quality and development within the food industry. Currently serving as Senior Technical Manager at Bidfood UK since May 2014, Jonathan oversees the management of own-brand ambient grocery, frozen fish, and prepared products while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer offerings. Previously, Jonathan worked at Sainsbury's as a Product Technologist, focusing on delivering high-quality, safe products across multiple categories. Jonathan began the career with a graduate placement as a Food Technologist at Marks and Spencer. Jonathan holds a PhD and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Food Science from the University of Nottingham.
