Oliver Wardell

Oliver Wardell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Oliver is currently the Head of Client Services at BidFX, where they are responsible for providing 24x6 support directly to FX traders. Oliver has designed and implemented ITIL aligned incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring the highest level of service to clients. Prior to this, Oliver worked at ION as the Global Head of Client Services and also as a Client Services Manager. At Fidessa, they held various positions including Production Operations Risk Manager, Regional Head of Technical Support (Asia Pacific), Exchanges and Ticker Plant Support Team Leader, and Exchanges Support Analyst. Oliver's early career included a research and development role at the University of Southampton.
