Hsuanyeh Chang

Hsuanyeh Chang, PhD (張宣業) is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in patent law and technology development. Currently serving as a Patent Attorney & Attorney-at-Law at Hsuanyeh Law Group PC since March 2015, and as President & CEO of Rain Computing, Inc. since March 2018, Hsuanyeh Chang co-founded Bidirectional Display Inc. in 2015, focusing on developing innovative image sensor technology. Previous roles include IP Counsel at Philips Lighting and Attorney at Law at Burns & Levinson LLP, where Hsuanyeh Chang specialized in preparing and prosecuting US patent applications. Hsuanyeh Chang's academic qualifications include a JD from Suffolk University Law School, a PhD in Physics from The Graduate Center, CUNY, and a BS/MS in Physics from Chung Yuan Christian University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in English & German from Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages.
