Joanne Frogge

Joanne Frogge is the current President & CEO at BidMed. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Operations at Centurion Service Group from September 2010 to October 2011. There, they managed five departments and $1.5M in expenses, including Marketing, Customer Relations, Business Development, IT, Security, Transportation Logistics, and Warehouse Operations in two U.S. and two international locations. Joanne also led the transformation of IT development and operations that resulted in significant improvements, such as revamped workforce roles, transitioning to a new software system, and stabilizing operations.

From October 2002 to June 2007, Joanne Frogge worked as a Senior Events Coordinator at RAYTHEON COMPANY. There, they were responsible for leading project management for a missile defense system with a budget of over $100M. Joanne also oversaw and improved 30+ corporate-wide events, trade shows, and air shows annually to drive business development across the company’s six business units. In addition, they implemented best practices to improve billing cycle efficiency and was certified as a Six Sigma Specialist.

Before their work at RAYTHEON COMPANY, Joanne Frogge interned at Medtronic from May 1999 to July 1999.

Joanne Frogge holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School with a focus in healthcare management and marketing. Joanne also holds a B.S. from Washington University in St. Louis in mechanical engineering.
