Elena served as the Head of Project Management at BidOn Games Studio, where they effectively implemented project management best practices and established world-class methodologies. Elena also worked as an IT Project Manager at both BidOn Games Studio and Alpha Web Group, where they successfully delivered projects and provided support to clients. Additionally, Elena has experience as a Project Manager at Rubarb Digital and as an IT Recruitment Manager at Workforce Source. Prior to these roles, they served as a Curator (Regional Manager) at Укртелеком.
Elena Chernykh completed their Master's Degree in Economics and Business at Cherkasy Engineering and Technological Institute from 2009 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Basics of Programming" from Geekbrains.ru in February 2016.
