Mark Newcomb Jr.

Mark Newcomb Jr. is an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician currently practicing at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth since July 2021. In addition to clinical practice, Mark co-founded Tsai Newcomb Technology LLC in May 2021, where development and maintenance of PED-ER, a mobile application for medication dosage calculations for pediatric patients, are primary responsibilities. Mark's background includes completing a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School from June 2018 to June 2021 and earlier roles in electrical engineering, including work at Benson Medical Instruments and Spectrum Design Solutions. Mark holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
