Fikile Mekgoe

Fikile Mekgoe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and community upliftment. Currently serving as the Head of Technology: Delivery & Testing at Bidvest Bank Limited since September 2016, Fikile oversees quality assurance and the alignment of technology solutions with business strategies. As the founder of the Fikile Mekgoe Foundation, projects focus on community enhancement and mentorship for youth. Previous roles include Life Coach at Dynamic Living Consulting Firm and Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Kindle Insurance Technologies. In 2012/2013, Fikile was crowned Mrs South Africa, becoming the first black individual to hold the title. Fikile's educational background includes various programs at prestigious institutions, including the University of Oxford and the University of Cape Town, with a degree in Engineering Computer Systems.
