Katiso Kali

Katiso Kali is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Junior Database Administrator at Bidvest Bank Limited since April 2019 and previously held the position of Desktop Support Consultant. Katiso has a strong background in user support and software management, demonstrated through roles at BCX as a Customer Engineer and at CSN Technologies as an IT Support Specialist. Katiso also contributed to the Gauteng Department of Education as an IT Support Technician and completed an internship at Gijima, where responsibilities included supporting educational technology and troubleshooting devices. Katiso holds a National Diploma in IT, specializing in Software Development and Information Systems from Durban University of Technology.
