Schalk van Zyl

Schalk van Zyl is an experienced finance and IT professional with a solid background in data analytics and internal audit. Currently serving as the Financial Insight Manager and previously holding roles such as IT Manager and IT Assistant Manager in Internal Audit at Bidvest Bank Limited since December 2019, Schalk has developed expertise in financial insights and IT governance. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Associate and Data Analytics Associate at EY from January 2016 to December 2019, where skills in data analytics, ETL processing, SQL, SSIS, and Spotfire dashboarding were honed. Schalk holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Data Mining, earned cum laude from North-West University between 2012 and 2015.
