Julie Mernagh

Julie Mernagh has over 17 years of experience in various leadership and HR roles. Julie is currently the Chief People and Culture Officer at Bidvest Noonan, where they oversee the organization's people and culture strategies. Prior to this, they worked at Vodafone, where they served as the Global Head of Leadership & Talent Development and Interim HRD for Vodafone Ireland. In these roles, they led global teams and implemented initiatives to build leadership capability and create an equal workplace for all employees. Julie also worked at AIB, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a people strategy, including job architecture, capability development, and leadership programs. Before AIB, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Management Consultant, specializing in talent and organization performance. Julie managed transformation projects and played a key role in HR operating model design and change management. At PwC, Julie worked as a Manager, specializing in strategy and people & change. Julie worked with clients across various sectors, leading organization design projects, mergers, and acquisitions. Julie's expertise lies in leadership development, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and change management.

Julie Mernagh obtained a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching from The Coaching and Mentoring Partnership in 2017-2018. Julie also holds a Certified Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management in 2010. In 1999-2003, they earned a BA(mod) in Business and Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
