Sandile Ndlovu

Sandile Ndlovu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bidvest Tank Terminals since July 2019, Sandile oversees the entire HR function. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at AVI Limited, responsible for HR business unit planning and execution, and at Defy Appliances, managing the full HR function. Sandile also held the position of HR Group Leader at Toyota Boshoku America and served as an Employee Relations Specialist at Smiths Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd, where responsibilities included managing the IR function and CCMA cases. Educational qualifications include a Senior Management Development Programme from Stellenbosch Business School and a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Human Resources Management from Durban University of Technology, along with a Post Graduate Certificate in Labour Law from the University of South Africa.
