Always keen to roll up his sleeves and get cracking Chris is often on the go; whether that’s being on a roof, up a cherry picker, meeting with a client or crawling through loft spaces and basements, he enjoys the variety and challenges of each unique job.

Predominately dealing with commercial buildings, Chris’ knowledge and experience working with industrial units, offices, labs and retail is vast. Chris’ methodical approach and get-stuck-in attitude means he is incredibly efficient and thorough – someone you’d definitely want on your team.

Loving the fact he isn’t pigeon-holed into a particular service line Chris can take on any type of Building Surveying instruction and has a wealth of experience in each – whether that’s advising local private businesses through to multinational commercial organisations, pension funds, university colleges and public sector bodies.

As a RICS APC Assessor and a technical training representative Chris is an advocate for passing on his skills and experience and certainly practices what he preaches with 12+ years under his belt. Incredibly self-motivated and determined to succeed he is always keen to learn and develop from his experiences to support his clients and colleagues.
