His specialist expertise in environmental impact assessments (EIA) allows him to sink his teeth into his work, consistently providing high-quality and innovative solutions for clients. No matter a project’s scale, James can manage your planning and EIA requirements from day one, through to consent.

James’s work enables institutions like the Quadram Institute and University of East Anglia (UEA) to conduct ground-breaking research into diseases such as Covid-19. He has built a strong relationship with the UEA, working with them to implement a refreshed estate strategy.

He assisted in completing an EIA for The Woodland Trust for their First World War Centenary Woodland for England in 2014. Over 100,000 trees were planted on the Langley Vale Wood site, giving back to the local community and the environment.

James expertly coordinates and produces environmental impact assessments and planning applications for complex residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use urban developments and infrastructure projects across the UK.

He is a registered Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Practitioner with IEMA and MRTPI.
