Olivia Davies

Olivia Davies is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Associate and Head of Property Management at Bidwells since January 2020, Olivia previously held senior property manager roles at Sab Property, where responsibilities included launching and managing the SAB Newmarket branch, and at Sab - Saint Andrews Bureau. Olivia's earlier career includes leading a property management team at Davies White & Perry, overseeing a diverse portfolio of private residential and student properties, and managing sales and valuations in the residential sales department. Additional experience includes various customer-facing roles in hospitality and sales in a fast-paced holiday resort environment. Olivia holds a degree from the University College of Estate Management and additional educational qualifications from Oxford Brookes University and Shrewsbury Sixth Form College.
