Sam Potts

Sam Potts is a seasoned professional in the field of building surveying with extensive experience spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Partner at Bidwells since October 2017, Sam also contributes as an APC Mentor for the RICS since May 2015. Prior to Bidwells, Sam held the position of Partner at Cluttons from August 2008 to September 2017, and worked as a Building Surveyor at James Styles & Whitlock from July 2006 to August 2008. Sam completed a degree in Building Surveying at the University of Reading from 2003 to 2006, having previously attended Bhasvic from 2001 to 2003.
