Steve Arrow has a comprehensive work experience spanning several years. Steve is currently working as the Executive Director - Business Transformation at BIE Executive since October 2021. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director - Business Transformation at BIE Executive from June 2015 to October 2021. Before joining BIE Executive, Steve worked as an Associate Director at Frazer Jones from September 2013 to May 2015. Steve also held the position of Senior Consultant - Executive Interim at The Next Step from October 2007 to June 2013. Steve started their career as a Senior Consultant at Clear Selection, where they worked from 2004 to 2007.
Steve Arrow obtained a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Charles Sturt University in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science with a focus on Psychology from the same university between 1995 and 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Prince 2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from the University of Westminster in January 2023. Steve also received a certification in Organization Design from LinkedIn in 2020.
