Stephen Bailey is currently a Senior Estimator at Bielby Holdings. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Consultant Senior Advisor at Bellwether Contractors Pty Ltd and also held positions such as Pre-construction Manager at FKG Engineering, Group Estimating Manager at Ostwald Bros, and Estimating Manager at BGC Contracting. Stephen has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Durban University of Technology and is a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Civil Engineers in London. Throughout their career, Stephen has extensive experience in large civil engineering infrastructure projects, project management, estimating, and pre-construction roles.
