Nicole Beyer is a Senior Producer at BIEN. Nicole has over six years of experience in production management, with a focus on remote and in-person productions. Nicole has supervised an average of 15-25 productions at a time, all at different stages of production. Nicole has also co-managed a remote team of 30+ editors, producers, and coordinators. In addition to production management, Nicole has also scoped and quoted custom projects for a wide range of clients.
Nicole has also been responsible for the budgeting and financial management of productions. Nicole has successfully met the agency the profit margin goal of 70% minimum on every production budget. Nicole has also managed the in-house gear inventory of over 700 items and external production equipment purchases and rentals. Nicole has developed a detailed system to track all creative projects, which has lead to accurate P&L reports for the department and informed the pricing of all creative package offerings.
Finally, Nicole has also designed and executed internal career ladder systems and developed training curriculum.
Nicole Beyer studied advertising as their undergraduate degree at Michigan State University. Nicole then went on to study media arts and technology at the same school for their BA.
