Hajer Hanini has a diverse work experience. Hajer started their career as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager at Sanofi in 2015. Later, they worked as a Product Manager at Sanofi from February to April 2017. In 2018, Hanini held various roles including Content Manager at L'instant M from January to April, Deputy Editor-in-Chief at Dcart Magazine from April to September, and Product Owner at Expensya from June 2018 to November 2019. From November 2019 to December 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at CosaVostra. In 2020, they joined Proservy as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2023, Hanini worked as a Product Manager at Habiteo and later joined Bien'ici in the same role.
Hajer Hanini completed their Master's degree in Intelligence Marketing and Strategic Monitoring from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis, from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned two certifications: "Product Masterclass: How to Drive Product Innovation" from Product School in October 2020, and "Introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes" from Coursera in July 2020.
