Bill's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial lending, representing clients in cable/telecommunications, aerospace, banking and finance, and sustainability transactions, and frequently serving as outside general counsel to start-ups and private companies.
Originally from Iowa, Bill graduated from University of Colorado-Boulder with two majors in History and Political Science and two minors in Business Administration and Economics, and received his JD form University of Iowa College of Law in 2009.
