Mariana Esteves is the Program Manager at the Biennial of the Americas. She has 10+ years of experience in the industry, with a background in international relations, cultural management, and event planning.
Born and raised in Brazil, she previously worked with Artmanagers and Drummond & Neumayr Advocacia, one of Brazil's most renowned references in art consultancy. She helped nonprofits such as Instituto Usicultura, Palácio das Artes, Fundação Dom Cabral, Inhotim, Grupo Corpo, Banco do Brasil and municipalities plan and execute arts and culture programs. In Colorado, she has worked with US-Brazil Connect and served as a council member at Denver County Cultural Council.
Mariana supports individuals and institutions when rethinking and structuring their creative assets, designing and implementing projects that respect public policy guidelines, community desirability, and private sector funding interest.
Mariana is thrilled to be a part of the Biennial and to engage in creative initiatives that generate cooperation between communities, businesses, and governments across the Americas. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy cooking and hosting and can always be found exploring the outdoors with their kids.
